I’m Madbox Héracléa, and as the Game Producer for Pocket Champs, it is my pleasure to present some of the wonderful future updates the team and I are currently focused on — hoping to deliver content that our community has been highly anticipating and that will delight you for the end of the year, and in 2026!

👀 A New Gadget Type!
You read that right — for the first time in 3 years, we’ll be expanding the existing family of Gadget Types (currently Sport, Mecha, Magical and Spooky). For now, this 5th Gadget Type will remain as equally mysterious as it is delicious, but new Gadgets for it will have a unique activation behavior that is sure to keep things exciting for the many new challenges coming your way. 📝 Full reveal later this Autumn!
🏆 Champions League Update #2!
Update 7.0 is finally about to release and introduce Island Cups for the new Champions League, but we can already talk about what’s next! In one word: Choices! We want progressing through Island Cups to be unique, not only by adding variety (including a new Island!), but by also giving you ways of customizing where your journey takes you to unlock the rewards that matter most to you! 💬 Please look forward to our upcoming survey!
🎃 A Spooky Good Time!
Thank you to everyone who’s answered our 3rd Anniversary survey! If you’re a fan of limited-time events, you won’t be waiting too long as we’re currently putting the finishing touches on a flurry of spooky rewards — including 2 new Gadgets!! Make sure you don’t miss any of it as there will be a new Event Frame to complete in your Hall of Fame! 📝 More to be revealed in October!
⚡ New Gadget Upgrade System!
Wish we added more Gadget Levels beyond 13? Good news: we will… do more than that! In fact, we’re taking a look at everything related to Gadgets: Distance, Speed, Gadget Card requirements, etc. Our goal here is to make Gadget evolution more meaningful — after each upgrade, we want you to feel a difference in races! Today we’re still “doing the math” to get it right — 💬 but look forward to a survey shortly!
🚀 And more to come as we prepare for 2026, of course!
🏅 During special Tournaments, instead of a random prize, all players will fight for the same new Shape!
🖼️ Speaking of which, you’ll soon be able to show-off some Tournament Shapes in the Hall of Fame!
🎮 More improvements are coming to Events — starting with Gadget Ascent and Training Playground!
📆 In fact, we’re thinking of various ways to improve Events in general, including a redesigned menu!
🏆 Once we’re done with the Champions League, expect the full Trophy Road experience to evolve!
📫 You’re also getting neat Quality of Life changes such as translated game news and an in-game Inbox!
🎨 As revealed earlier today, you can look forward to a new Shape inspired by community fanart!
👀 Lastly, in Summer we explored new Champ progression ideas. We might return to it next year — keep sharing your suggestions!
